Welcome to the Plänitz family – Patricia and Heiko with our three children Kimberly, Sebastian, and Florian.

Our trip to Bilice began as a completely normal vacation – but from our very first visit, this charming fishing village on the Croatian Adriatic coast enchanted us. The crystal-clear sea, the picturesque bays, the tranquility, and the hospitality of the locals immediately captivated us.

A few months later, we fulfilled a dream: We bought a house in Bilice. With a lot of work, love, and high-quality materials, a simple building was transformed into our second home:

• Complete renovation of the house

• New, modern bathrooms for maximum comfort

• Pool construction for relaxing summer days

• Heating for the pool, which can also be used in spring and fall

• Private fitness area

• Stylish, lovingly furnished with a feel-good factor

Every family member pitched in – from the groundbreaking to the final decorations. Today, our house is not only a retreat for us, but also a holiday home with a heated pool in Croatia, which we share with guests from all over the world.

Our goal: to provide you with an unforgettable family vacation in Dalmatia, where you can unwind, enjoy the sun, and experience authentic Croatia.
